Let's Start Cooking!

1. Apply butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
2. On 1 bread slice place a D’lecta Melto Slice and add 15 g D’lecta Natural Cheddar Cheese. Close it with the other bread slice.
3. On a medium hot pan. Place the sandwich and cook on either side for 2-3 mins each until the bread is light golden brown.
4. Spread 10 g of grated D’lecta Natural Cheddar on the pan and cook for about 1 min. Then place the sandwich in the middle of the cheese. Once the cheese is golden brown, and slowly & gently remove the toast so that thin strings of cheese from the pan emerge with the toast. Hold for about 30 seconds till the last strings of cheese harden & serve.
5. Spread 5 g of grated D’lecta Natural Cheddar on the pan and cook for about 1 min. Then place the sandwich in the middle of the cheese. Once the cheese is golden brown, Lift up the sandwich.
6. Cut into 2 pieces and serve hot.
